I like the rest of it coz it is easy but i dont like the eyes. It looks too claggy and i dont think that that is attractive. but the rest of it i would and probably will actually try.

Yeah no go on the lashes....looks tacky. I try not to make my lashes clump! IThat's why I use Volume Exact by Cover Girl the best! I like to play up my eyes at night and have blush and everything else pretty neutral. That is what night time is for!

I don't see how that's considered an "evening look" that's what I do for an "every day look" minus the clumped up eyelashes...I personally think the lashes look like a cheap, cheap product applied by a kid (who knows, maybe from a distance it looked better but I feel for the model who had to try to wash that off). I think there are better ways to do a "night look"; this is more of a general casual easy everyday look.

I agree with 1sweetnopichick...that was a disappointing tip

I loved the advice, but I MUCH prefer a little less simplisity. It still is great advice for beginners.

gorewitch wrote: Fri, 2008-03-07 21:35

I agree, the mascarra is NASTY and no good anyway if (like me) you have to wear really thick glasses. Also more day wear than evening wear and fine if you're young and fresh faced but what about us 40 pluses? Not all of us wear make-up every day and (even if we did) could use some USEFUL tips.

I have no idea how to use this program

cara_is_foxxy wrote: Sun, 2008-03-09 20:24

It's certainly more of a day look than it is an evening look. I like to make my eyes look dramatic so that they stand out.

alliewildcat wrote: Mon, 2008-03-24 16:37

I agree...you get noticed more with them...in a good way...

amelia_mj wrote: Mon, 2008-03-10 00:03

Oh dear!
Going to have to agree with every other comment here! That mascara looks cheap and very clumpy!
She should have gone with a brown mascara which more suited her blondish lashes and brows, and one which lengthens rather than one which is meant to volumise.
I'm 15 and I know better than that!
Also, MAC is a GREAT brand! Well worth the price!

bellezza1a wrote: Mon, 2008-03-10 16:58

Clumpy mascara and waxy chapstick? No professional would give that advice and it was not a professional makeup application. Chapstick is not a lip moisturizer, but it works great for making unruly eyebrows in place, that is about all it is good for!

I like it is easy thanks

sadwitch wrote: Thu, 2008-03-20 21:25

Blimey... whats the point?.. evening we want to be noticed and show we have made an effort,.thats a day look(with cheap mascara).. not a good tip Im afraid..sorry!!

alliewildcat wrote: Mon, 2008-03-24 16:33

This is great advice...I'm probably going to use it...At first it looked like he went voer board with the mascara...but in the end it looked great...I'm going to try it!!

lizer717 wrote: Tue, 2008-04-01 05:46

The look is very classy and would look great on a natural beauty. But I agree it's not a night look. Did anyone notice how he got the mascara all on her eyelid. Loreal voluminous all the way!

nessapooh wrote: Tue, 2008-04-08 22:55

I wasn't impressed with the clip... The lashes looked AWFUL, I would never go out like that... By the way, if you think MAC is great, you should try BEAUTI-CONTROL because it is AWESOME!!

luvdogz wrote: Wed, 2008-04-09 12:56

i like it...but not so much mascara maybe

superstar4ever wrote: Sun, 2008-04-20 16:19

this thing sucks!!

mickeymuttbutt wrote: Mon, 2008-04-21 20:46

I think some of the tips were good, but the mascara was crap. If he adda smokey eye it would have been better.

longhairchic920 wrote: Sat, 2008-05-17 21:24

yeah the mascara was awful.. you should use the mascara with the really thin brushes so it evens out ALL your eyelashes. and also using a dark eye shadow along the crease of your eyelid really gives it a smokey eye look but not too smokey where you look goth but just put the right amount on thee crease of your eye and BAM your eyes will stand out.. it will only work 100% if you also use a light color first, then dark eye shadow along the eyelids and mascara with a thin brush to even out those eyelashes. try it!

lilsingingtwin1 wrote: Fri, 2008-05-23 14:47

Thanks for the tip, longhairchic920. It was very helpful =)

lilsingingtwin1 wrote: Fri, 2008-05-23 14:43

What brand of makeup would work best? MAC?

lilsingingtwin1 wrote: Fri, 2008-05-23 14:45

In my opinion, everything is great, except her mascara looks a bit too clumped.

taylornicole98 wrote: Thu, 2008-06-05 00:03

THIS VIDEO IS STUPID!! WHAT THE HECK IS RONG WITH THE STYLIST? THAT'S FLIPPIN' UGLY!!!!!! WHY WOULD YOU PUT CHAPSTICK ON WITH A BRUSH, THAT'S RETARDED. I CAN'T USE THE COLORED OR BLACK MASCARA I HAVE TO USE THE CLEAR, WITCH STINGS!!!!!!

char1251992 wrote: Fri, 2008-06-13 13:32

This is stupid! its bare and borin and the lashes are clumpy...then agen i like ma makeup so its not really one for me to look bare..each to their own..x
