You can now make over your friends without ever having to change your own photo.

1. Add another DailyMakeover member to your friend list by visiting their profile and clicking the "Add" link. They will be notified the next time they log in.
   
2. Have them grant you permission to make them over.
   They can do this by clicking the "Friend List" link...
   
   And then the "grant makeover access" link next to your profile image.
   
3. If they have an uploaded photo, it will appear in your friends list under More Photos > Friends.
