Q:	When I try to upload my picture I get, "The file is larger than the allowed size" error message. What does this mean?
A:	If you tried to upload a picture which is not supported by the makeover tool, you will get the following error message: "Your file upload has been cancelled. This file type is not allowed." The supported picture types are: JPG, GIF and BMP. If your picture is in a different format, you can convert it to one of the supported formats with a third-party image processing software. This error can also appear if you click the wrong file by mistake after clicking "Browse". Be sure to select a picture in the Browse window.
